For planning purposes clients should clarify and understand their full project cost. Full project cost can be roughly estimated by taking the construction cost x 1.5. This additional 50% is the approximate cost for the necessary planning, surveying, investigating, design, and permitting costs and fees. The full project cost would be contingent on the project scope and level of onsite services required.
